An on-line PCB depaneling machine specially designed to cut PCBA components (panel) into separate parts, featuring rail-mounted structure without jig cutting. Ready for immediate production integration. Equipped with ESD static monitoring, cutting stress feedback, and automatic tool changing, achieving top speeds of 60,000 RPM. The control system, developed from our RM platform, ensures rapid and accurate programming.

High Reliability PCB Gripper System

Jig-free cutting solution with PCB clamping size scope of 2mm. Pick-up device enables rapid loading/unloading with high stability and low operational cost.

Automatic Tool Changer

Standard tool changer supports three types of 3.175mm tools, each with maximum loading capacity of 10 tools. Combined with precise clamping and lifting systems; X1, Y1, and Z1 axes of cutting mechanism enable automated tool changing.

ESD ATPD Panel Forwarding System

Solution 1: Cut PCBs are delivered by clamping system to belt transmission line, then sent via ESD transmission line to assembly line, or picked and loaded into product cases by customized manipulator.

Solution 2: Use batch panel forwarding unit ARM-1 to replace belt transmission line, insert panel forwarding unit from behind machine, and directly load panels into blister box in ARM-1 via clamping system. This solution offers simplicity and convenience.
