Process Solutions
How narrow can the light strip board be split?
The narrowest board can be less than 3.5mm. For aluminum base
plates, we recommend using a double knife seat dividing machine.
What about machine maintenance, consumables, and lifespan?
All company products include blades and accessories with 3-month
warranty. Blade lifespan depends on material quality (imported
high-speed steel lasts longer) and cutting board material (glass
fiber boards are more durable than aluminum substrates).
How many light strips can be processed daily?
The light strip splitter can process 12,000 to 15,000 strips per
day at 400mm/s speed over 8-10 hours of operation.
